Several tests determine student placement in the program:

• Fluency

• Vocabulary

• Grammar

• Mechanics

• Literary Analysis

Placement Testing: Determines student level for custom program aligned with Common Core. You will receive an Individual Learning Plan with assessment results and program recommendations.

Details: Intake questions and testing will take about one hour. I will grade the tests, write the report, and send a detailed email with test results and program recommendations.

Cost: The total cost for an assessment, a report, and a customized program is $130.

Results: Assessment report will be sent via email. Your report will include the details of your customized program. I leave it up to the parents to decide whether knowing the results would be helpful to their child.

Emotional Challenges: Test day can be stressful, especially rough for students who aren’t used to getting answers wrong. I encourage parents to stay positive; it's a valuable learning experience.
